For which niches can you provide content services?

The niches are endless! Not only are our writers skilled in many niches, but they're also very familiar with numerous sub-niches. Our team is very hands-on and will research your topic for additional information. Additional research will ensure you receive well-versed content that you and your audience will appreciate.

How can I optimize my content?

It's easy to order! When you're in the ordering process, select "SEO Optimize" in the add-on section. This will ensure your content will be optimized for the exact keywords you list, and related terms.

Is my content edited automatically?

Unlike other content agencies on the internet, we are happy to provide complimentary editing services (for paid content). If you have content (already written by someone else), we can edit the content for you for a small fee.

How long does it take to receive my content?

7-10 business days is the standard turn around time for Content Campaigns. However, this depends on our workload. In most cases, it is quicker, especially for content that is 10K words or less. If you have a project (10K+ words), contact us for a time estimate.

Do I own the content after it's delivered?

Yes! We do not own the rights to the content once it's delivered. You can be sure the content will not be repeated on someone else's website. We will not resell the same content to anyone else.

Do I communicate with the writers myself?

No. Once your order is placed, it will distribute to the best writer for the job. You, as the client, will not need to send follow-ups to any writer or editor. We speed up the process and save you money in the end.

How do I receive my content?

You will receive an email to the address that you've provided during the purchase process. The email will include the content you've ordered.
If the content is to be published on your WordPress, it will be posted to your blog, and a confirmation will be sent to your email. Ask us about our automated publishing process!

What if I need a revision?

We are very confident in our writers, and our mission is to get it right the first time. However, if you find there are many spelling and grammar mistakes in the content, we will revise the content for you.
If you feel the content is off from the initial instructions provided, we will revise according to the first initial instructions. If there were missing instructions (initially) or unrealistic expectations, the edits would be at an extra cost.
